To register for an event, please click to open, and print the "Registration Form" listed in the link directly under each event.  Then send the filled out form(s) to the address provided on the form(s).

Cost: $50.00 per session at any location (winter Play-A-Round Events not included).

     There is a one-time $10 "2011" LPGA membership fee that should be added to the cost of the event.

 

     If this is the first 2011 LPGA girls golf event you are registering for, the "Participant Form" and the "Participant Agreement" MUST be submitted along with the one-time $10 fee. 

(If you have previously registered for an event in 2011 and have submitted the "Participant Form" and "Participant Agreement", you just need to submit the "Registration Form" listed under each individual event in which you wish to participate.)

If you enroll in one session and pay $50.00, then decide to enroll in a second session for $50.00, you can now attend as many more sessions during the spring, summer and fall! (Please note Winter Play-A-Round Events are not included in this pricing)
